Why do I need to reflect?

We all think through our experiences and learn from them automatically, everyday.

More deliberate reflection means you can get a deeper understanding of your experiences and development

–make links between theory and practice

–identify your assumptions and biases (and other peoples!)

–improve your reasoning

–consider different perspectives
