He teaches on the Masters in Education, and the Education Doctorate courses. She is currently a practising head teacher in a Doncaster school. Her interest and active involvement in ITT has been a strong feature of her professional working life. She also works closely with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mathshubs.org.uk\/find-your-hub\/south-yorkshire-maths-hub\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">South Yorkshire Maths Hub<\/a> as a Working Group Lead and is an Associate Lecturer for Sheffield Hallam University. Fiona is an experienced classroom practitioner and teaches at a primary school in Sheffield.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Development Team (workbook resources)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Richard Pountney<\/strong> (see above) led the development of the SHOOC and the resources, and Workbook 1: <em>Induction and Introduction<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adrian Fearn<\/strong> (see above) led the development of Workbook 3: <em>Developing Mentees\u2019 Professionalism<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>David Darwent<\/strong> led the development of Workbook 5: <em>Mentors, Mentees and Professional Development<\/em>. She is a Specialist Leader of Education and School Direct Primary Lead with Delta Teaching School Alliance which is part of <a href=\"http:\/\/teach.deltatrust.org.uk\/School_Direct\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Delta Academies Trust<\/a>. Until recently she was a Specialist Leader of Education and Quality Lead and Secondary Lead Practitioner for ITT for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.learnersfirst.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Learners First<\/a>, ensuring the quality of trainee experiences across Rotherham schools, and has been a Senior Mentor Co-ordinator for the last 10 years. His pedagogic research focuses on the future of learning and how technology can shape that experience.
