International Radiographer Advanced Practice Conference

City-97-OwenSheffield Hallam University was delighted to host the inaugural International Radiographer Advanced Practice Conference (LTWRAP) in September of 2016. ‘Leading the Way’ was the overarching conference theme but had a number of sub-themes within its programme

  • terminology harmonisation
  • international perspectives on advanced practice
  • managing an advanced practice service
  • scope of practice and role creep
  • impact on practice/service
  • advanced practice research

PennineWe were delighted to have the support of the College of Radiographers (UK), Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT), the Australian Institute of Radiography (AIR), the New Zealand Institute of Medical Radiation Technology (NZIMRT), the International Society of Radiographers & Radiological Technologists (ISRRT) and the Society of Radiology Physicians Extenders (SRPE) in hosting this conference.

The conference had an exciting blend of keynote lectures and invited speakers, proffered papers and posters, workshops and conference debates all planned to both stimulate and inspire delegates. We have included all these resources within this site.
