Break-out session;

The education environment is characterised by rapid implementation of new policies, creation of new organisational groupings and structures, changes in funding regimes and significant shifts in inter-organisational influence at a local, regional and national level.

SIoE have had to develop new approaches to partnership development that help us deconstruct and understand this turbulence and complexity in the system and allow us to both sustain existing relationships and build robust new partnerships . These approaches are based on a Partnership Dynamics model which will be discussed in this session and are as applicable to other sectors as they are to education.
