What Student Wellbeing offers

We help students manage personal issues that might impact on their studies and life. We also offer a range of options to support them during their time here. Our services are confidential and are delivered at both campuses, and we have qualified practitioners from different backgrounds for specific requirements.

Try to remember that you are not alone! Our approach is based on helping you to manage things yourself. There are many effective tools you can use and try out without having to book and wait for an appointment including self-help resources, and a selection of leaflets, booklets and books that you can borrow from Student Wellbeing reception.

Wellbeing sessions
Our interactive group sessions run weekly during term-time and give you the chance to learn skills and techniques to enhance your wellbeing and get the most out of university life.  We explore some key ideas and skills, and how to put them into practice. More details and to book a place.
