The Assistive Technology Services have also launched an off campus option for Audio Notetaker sessions using Glean.

Glean is a web-based app that allows you to record your teaching sessions (online or in-person) and take notes in real-time.

All your notes and recordings are saved to the cloud and there are no storage limits.

The software is now free to use for SHU students until the end of August.

Glean is designed to be really easy to use, and a helpful two minute tutorial video will play when you first log in.

To get your free account, please fill in this online form.
