IT Help have not actually provided support in the library for some years now though we removed the physical Helpdesk at Collegiate in Heart of the Campus and at City in the atrium around eight months ago.
However as your work is online IT Help can do most of the support by phone and remote control, you can even get support when you are at home and they can connect to your own PC. If IT Help find that remote control is not viable for some reason then they can make appointments for you to go and see them. They also provide a large amount of IT Help from a more ‘how to’ point of view via https://lynda.shu.ac.uk/
