You start to take control and get the support you need to feel better.  Available 24/7, it has professionally trained Wall Guides to ensure the safety and anonymity of all members, so you can express yourself freely and openly.
  • SupportNetwork – 24/7 professionally moderated online peer support, self-management resources, creative arts and writing therapies and clinical tests
  • GuidedSupport – structured online group programmes on common mental health and wellbeing issues including anxiety and depression, smoking, weight loss and alcohol and other co-morbid conditions
  • LiveTherapy – 1:1 therapy via audio, video or text. Sessions are available 7 days a week, between 7am-11pm

You can join for free using your SHU login and password (this is purely to validate your status as a SHU student – the University does not receive data on who has registered).
