Pause to Ponder

Looking for the best

Graduation is a wonderful time of celebration and pride.  It is a time when we reflect over the years of hard work and look forward to what the future may hold.  It may be a time of limbo, moving on to the next stage of our lives, not knowing exactly what the next steps might be.

During the graduation ceremonies there are many words of congratulations, encouragement and tips for the future.  This year these words from Prof. Roger Eccleston stood out for me

“If you look for the best in other people rather than the worst, the best is what you will get.   If you treat others with compassion you will understand and be understood.”

In what ways does ‘love’ shape your journey?
