You say… double booking

Two students mentioned problems with a double booking in the library group rooms.
We say…
A double booking may have occurred as a result of the library PCs being updated to Windows 10. This didn’t go as smoothly as it could have and as a result some PCs pointed to a different version of MyPC, the booking software. We’re pleased to say this issue is now resolved
If you have a problem with a room booking please come and talk to us at the Helpdesk. We can check the booking system to see what has been booked and when and offer you an alternative where possible.
