Library PC’s – your views…

…’Computers are outdated, at least most of them. Very slow, some rooms they do not work. Please help’

We’re always  keen to encourage you to report any specific library PC’s if you think they’re faulty. You can do this at any library Helpdesk  if you’re in the building or a number of other ways – details here.
University computers are replaced every 5 years.  The PC’s on levels 2 and 3 of Adsetts have been replaced within the last 18 months and those on levels 4, 5 and 6 will be replaced over the Summer. 
For IT support, ask at a library Helpdesk  first, you may then be referred on to IT  Help should your enquiry be specific.
