‘I particularly like that security are going around the library every now and again to keep the noise levels down in the quiet areas. These areas can get noisy sometimes and it defeats the pupose of it being a “quiet” zone’
We’re really pleased to hear you think these ‘walk rounds’ are effective in helping to keep noise down.
Remember if you have ‘noisy neighbours’ you can report disturbances via library chat 9am – 5pm Mon to Fri and at all times to security on the Reception desks. If you contact us it will result in a ‘walk round’ to remind students of the rules and alternative study spaces.
Are quiet and silent areas working for you? You can get in touch via the ‘contact us’ tab above.
