Blended learning describes a combination of any proportion of face-to-face and online learning activities as part of a coherent course offer.
The potential of technology in the classroom and in non-classroom situations to support learning is growing rapidly due to greater access to accessible and usable personal technologies, institutional network capacity (e.g. wifi and storage) and more digitally confident staff and students.
