WebEx tools are currently being rolled out to all staff to enable you to easily collaborate online through your Outlook calendar. To initiate an online meeting you will need to set up a WebEx account which you can do by following these instructions. Any member of staff will be able to participate in a meeting by accepting the meeting request.
What is WebEx?
WebEx is a convenient and simple way to set up online meetings, share files, record conversations, make video calls and run presentations for small groups of people. You can use it for conference calls, instant messaging and taking meeting notes.
