This is Health Education England&#8217;s regional delivery board which has oversight of the national RePAIR programme. The Reducing Pre-registration Attrition and Improving Retention project has enabled HEE to gain an in-depth understanding of the factors impacting on healthcare student attrition and the retention of the newly qualified workforce in the early stages of their careers. Covering the four fields of nursing (adult, child, learning disabilities and mental health), midwifery and therapeutic radiography, RePAIR explores effective interventions to improve retention across the student journey \u2013 from pre-enrolment to two-years post-qualification. This student has been a constant source of support and inspiration to me in this invaluable work. They are always positive and enthusiastic, and makes a significant contribution, especially as they are the only student member of the delivery group.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><b>What was the Impact?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis student has been a constant source of support and inspiration to me in this invaluable work.
