The intranet was identified as a priority area for improvement; you did not use it to find information and only 11% felt it is an effective way of communicating.<\/p>\n<p>Information is out of date, hard to find and difficult to edit. Site permissions are problematic and unsupportable by DTS. Many of our Faculty SharePoint sites have been set up to be connected to the intranet which means deleting it and starting again could be problematic.<\/p>\n<h3>Next steps<\/h3>\n<p>The new site will be a one-stop shop for all business information and communications and to ensure the site is built for you, the users we need to ensure we capture your requirements for the intranet.
