{"id":60,"date":"2017-03-27T15:34:54","date_gmt":"2017-03-27T15:34:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/hwbstaffnews\/?p=60"},"modified":"2017-05-12T14:07:49","modified_gmt":"2017-05-12T14:07:49","slug":"monsal-head-walk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/hwbstaffnews\/2017\/03\/27\/monsal-head-walk\/","title":{"rendered":"Monsal Head Walk"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Monsal Head &#8211; Muddy but fun<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our very first Social Committee organised family walk took place on the 4th March at Monsal Head.<\/p>\n<p>The walk took us down muddy trails and over streams but we didn&#8217;t let the mud dampen our spirits as we knew it wouldn&#8217;t be tool long before we got to the\u00a0magnificent view down Monsal Dale and up the Wye valley (and the pub).<\/p>\n<p>It was a great success with fun being had by all:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We had a fantastic time, great company, great weather&#8230;and mud. This is a great way to relax, healthy mind, healthy body.&#8221; Sarah Naylor<\/p>\n<p>Thank you to Jo McNamara for leading the walk and making it such a good day.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style
