Please register your interest via the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSc4Sce3r01gr7aosuNYb14RlGUJRNq70LLd1xta8xX1bA1eWw\/viewform?usp=sf_link\">online form<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The day will have three themes:<\/p>\n<p>(i) new technology, skills, techniques (gene sequencing, reading the microbiome)<\/p>\n<p>(ii) basic research investigating any aspect of the microbiome<\/p>\n<p>(iii) translation of research (probiotic use in movement disorders and Parkinson&#8217;s disease &#8211;\u00a0dietary interventions, supplements, gene targeting, phage technology).<\/p>\n<p>The symposium is being organised as part of a collaborative microbiome research partnership between SiTRaN, University of Sheffield; and Centre for Behavioural Science and Applied Psychology (CeBSAP), Dept. of Psychology, Sociology and Politics, Sheffield Hallam University.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Further information about the event will soon be available<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SAVE THE DATE!
