There is a suggested donation of \u00a32, which will be given to the <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/hwbstaffnews\/2019\/12\/06\/were-supporting-hallam-fms-cash-for-kids-this-christmas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hallam FM Mission Christmas appeal<\/a>. All donations can be dropped off at RWB reception.<\/p>\n<p><strong>16th December<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is the last day for you to donate (at RWB reception) a new and unwrapped gift for a disadvantaged child as part of <strong>Hallam FM&#8217;s Mission Christmas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>17th December<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Get yourselves down to Hallam Hall at 4:30pm on Tuesday 17 December for the <strong>University Carol Service<\/strong>. There will be carols, readings, prayers, non-alcoholic mulled wine and mince pies for all. The event is open to all staff, students, family and friends.<\/p>\n<p>In the spirit of sustainability, the hall will be festively decorated with re-purposed jars and foliage from Collegiate Campus, and arrangements leftover from Graduation. The table decorations will be available to purchase afterwards, with all proceeds going to the <a href=\"https:\/\/shu.us18.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=03229e2cd78c49d0b6ed57f8a&amp;id=546e468a5d&amp;e=26bd422ddf\">Hallam Fund<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Please <a href=\"https:\/\/shu.us18.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=03229e2cd78c49d0b6ed57f8a&amp;id=308be232e8&amp;e=26bd422ddf\">register your interest<\/a> in advance in order to cater for numbers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>January 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This year, our newly formed <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/hwbstaffnews\/2019\/10\/02\/were-looking-for-volunteers-to-help-improve-staff-well-being\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">well-being group<\/a> proposed having the <strong>HWB Christmas Celebratory Event<\/strong> in the new year (before teaching commences) rather than December.
