The summer service reflects demand and enables Hallam Help to prepare for our first start of the new academic year. Hallam Help opening hours for 2019\/20 will be confirmed and rolled out from 9 September 2019. In locations where Hallam Help points are closed during the summer colleagues will need to make their own arrangements for meeting clients and visitors attending for appointments. Clear messages will be communicated to students and staff at Help Points, via social media and MyHallam. We will actively seek feedback from our customers on the summer operating hours and we will continue to monitor traffic for future planning purposes.
