\"\"<\/a>Would you like to see Sheffield transformed into being the UK’s\u00a0most active city? The Sheffield Move More<\/a> campaign is seeking workplace ambassadors to support in achieving this very goal.<\/p>\n

How you can help<\/strong><\/p>\n

Being a workplace ambassador doesn\u2019t require a lot of commitment. All that\u2019s asked is that you be willing to spend a little time encouraging colleagues to increase their day-to-day activity, help raise awareness of the opportunities on offer in the city, and share any stories of how things can be improved. Move More will support you along the way with regular updates, an ambassador pack, and Move More t-shirts ready for Move More Month.<\/p>\n

What is Move More?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Move More is the city\u2019s ambition for Sheffield to be the most physically active city in the UK. With studies suggesting physical activity is good for both individual health and business, the Move More campaign is committed to improving lives across the region.<\/p>\n
