\"\"<\/a>Wednesday 8th May; Heart of the Campus; 10am – 4pm<\/em><\/p>\n

To celebrate this varied and dynamic profession, we’re hosting a day of activities at Collegiate Campus to celebrate the skills and achievements of nurses.<\/p>\n

You’re invited to join us for exciting activities, including a celebration of 100 years of Learning Disability Nursing; a Teddy Bears Hospital for local nursery children; nursing experiences of international nursing; a Danceathon and much more!\u00a0 There will also be opportunities to learn about some of the key challenges to global public health – discussions on FGM, human trafficking, knife crime and street violence, LGBT+, and dementia friends.<\/p>\n

Plus, there will be a cake stall to raise money for a Student Mental Health and Wellbeing charity and Mums United. Donations of cakes and buns are welcome on the day!<\/p>\n

We are also launching a food and sanitary product collection point. Donations of dried, tinned foods and non-perishable goods are welcomed.<\/p>\n

There will be something for everyone!<\/p>\n
