They provide constructive challenge, help develop strategy and set the \u2018tone at the top\u2019 by championing the values and behaviours necessary for the Trust to succeed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3f3f3f;font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Sheffield Children\u2019s is one of only three dedicated children\u2019s hospital trusts in the UK and provides integrated healthcare for children and young people, including community and mental health care as well as acute and specialist services.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3f3f3f;font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Ideally with clinical experience, candidates will have a significant track record of leadership, strategic focus and personal achievement in a complex environment. They will need the ability to influence the strategic direction of the organisation and have a passion for developing the quality of service provided by the Trust. They will need to act as an ambassador and advocate for the Trust.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3f3f3f;font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">The closing date for applications is <strong>21 April 2019<\/strong>.
