The event takes place on <strong>Sunday 14th April 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>All Team Hallam runners will receive the following benefits:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Discounted race entry<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By choosing to run with Team Hallam, your entry costs will be reduced to just \u00a330 for staff and alumni (\u00a37.40 off standard registration) and \u00a325 for students (\u00a312.40 off standard registration). You will also receive a free Team Hallam running top!<\/p>\n<p><strong>The first 10 registrants will receive a further \u00a35 discount<\/strong> reducing the entry price to \u00a325 for staff and alumni and \u00a320 for students. The last entry date for Team Hallam runners is 10th March 2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fundraising hints and tips<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the lead up to the run, support and advice will be available to you on how to fundraise. Each runner will have an individual minimum target of \u00a3150 and our overall team target is \u00a37,000. This means that you would need to encourage only 15 people to give you \u00a310 each in order to achieve your minimum target, which we hope feels achievable.<\/p>\n<p>Team Hallam has a campaign page on Just Giving where donations can be made and we will send you guidance on how to create a linked individual page to help you meet your fundraising target.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Free gym membership<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hallam Active is offering you free gym membership from the 1st February 2019 until race day. This will give you access to City and Collegiate gym facilities, all fitness classes, City Athletic Stadium, access to physio and senior fitness instructor, Nathan Brumley, who will\u00a0 help you develop a personalised training programme. By taking up this offer, you will also receive 2 hours of consultation and free support on training at the gym.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Training plan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced runner, Run For All have a training plan that will accommodate all levels of ability.
