You could talk to someone instead of sending an email, speak to someone new, or put five minutes aside to find out how someone really is.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Take Notice<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0be more aware of the present moment, including your thoughts and feelings, your body and the world around you. You could have a &#8216;clear the clutter day&#8217;, visit a new place for lunch, or take a different route on your journey to or from work.<\/li>\n<li><strong><strong style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 13px;font-style: normal\">Keep learning<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 13px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 300\">\u00a0\u2013 learning new skills can give you a sense of achievement and a new confidence. Research something you&#8217;ve always wondered about, read a new book, or participate in a new hobby or activity<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Be active<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 you don&#8217;t have to go to the gym.
