{"id":2520,"date":"2018-10-04T09:15:04","date_gmt":"2018-10-04T09:15:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/hwbstaffnews\/?p=2520"},"modified":"2018-10-04T10:34:33","modified_gmt":"2018-10-04T10:34:33","slug":"event-placements-uncovered","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/hwbstaffnews\/2018\/10\/04\/event-placements-uncovered\/","title":{"rendered":"Event: Placements Uncovered"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8216;Demystifying the challenges facing BME students on practice placements&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>The departments of Nursing and Midwifery, Allied Health Professions, Social Work and Social Care and the Professional Issues Team are hosting a conference on <strong>Friday 2 November 2018<\/strong> to explore a number of issues relating to BME students\u2019 experience in practice placements and the relationship to their fitness to practise.
