Trade press coverage continues for the Sport Industry Research Centre’s report which found older people are having \u2018their lives cut tragically short\u2019 through a physical inactivity epidemic which threatens to bring a major social care crisis. The report, which was carried out in conjunction with UKactive and DataHub shows a potential saving of \u00a37.6bn to the NHS and healthcare system if older people are supported to become more physically active through a series of systemic changes.
