This\u00a0is taking place each\u00a0Tuesday (5,12,19,26 June): meeting outside the staff entrance of Collegiate Hall (front of building) at 12.55pm for a prompt 1pm start (approx. 30 min walk). No booking required \u2013 just turn up. Walking is at individual\u2019s risk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';font-size: 10pt\"><strong>Desk Yoga &#8211; Every Wednesday<\/strong><br \/>\nEvery Wednesday, Jasmine Chew of the Faculty Operations Team puts on a half an hour session of desk-based yoga. It is accessible to all and free to attend. Please drop Jasmine an email at j.chew@shu.ac.uk if you wish to attend.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';font-size: 10pt\"><strong>Health Checks<\/strong><br \/>\nStaff can also have a health check if\u00a0you&#8217;ve never had one before, where\u00a0you will receive lifestyle advice. If\u00a0you already attend SHU Wellness\u00a0then you\u00a0might like to book a Physical Activity or Healthy Eating one-to-one appointment.
