RfPB has funded\u00a0150 plus\u00a0projects over the last 10 years.<\/p>\n<p>This year RfPB celebrated its 10th anniversary.\u00a0They\u00a0ran a special &#8216;Research Idea&#8217; feature on their website, selecting only\u00a0four researchers who&#8217;s work\u00a0they felt\u00a0highlighted the diversity of the projects supported by the programme.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Klonizakis was one of the four researchers to have his project; &#8216;Could exercise help patients with leg ulcers?&#8217;, put under the spotlight. The project explored the feasibility of using\u00a0 supervised exercise as an adjunct therapy to compression, in patients with venous ulcers.
