The Criminal Finances Act 2017<\/strong> came in to force on 30 September 2017, introducing a new corporate criminal offence of failure to prevent the facilitation of tax evasion by associated persons.<\/p>\n

Criminal Finances Act 2017<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

The University is committed to zero tolerance towards the facilitation of tax evasion. Any member of staff who fails to meet this commitment will be subject to disciplinary action.<\/p>\n
