The article in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sportsmanagement.co.uk\/Sports-features\/sports-management-magazine\/Swimming-pools-Is-a-lack-of-decent-swimming-facilities-causing-fewer-people-to-swim\/32429\">Sports Management<\/a> seeks to address the reasons why people aren&#8217;t swimming as much as they used to.
