Ahead of the broadcast, presenter Dr Michael Moseley, wrote a piece for <span style=\"color: #ba0046\"><a style=\"color: #ba0046\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thetimes.co.uk\/article\/ditch-the-fitbit-and-youll-lose-weight-l0tl0v032\">The Times<\/a><\/span> which discusses why just two-minutes of exercise a week is better than 10,000 steps a day.
