Spotlight is a personality profiling tool designed with performance in mind. It has been developed to identify behavioural style, how different mind-sets respond when there is something to be won or lost and how we perform under pressure. We can use this tool as the basis of a coaching conversation, a team development activity or to strengthen an important relationship.
