Aim
To be able to confidently fulfil the manager responsibilities set out in the stress management policy.

Objectives
By the end of this session, you will:

  • know your responsibilities as a manager and how to use the policy to support staff
  • understand how stress is linked to mental health
  • be able to spot warning signs of stress
  • have ideas to take forwards to create a mentally healthy team culture
  • be mindful of your own wellbeing
