Aim
To be able to confidently fulfil the manager responsibilities set out in the stress management policy.
Objectives
By the end of this session, you will:
- know your responsibilities as a manager and how to use the policy to support staff
- understand how stress is linked to mental health
- be able to spot warning signs of stress
- have ideas to take forwards to create a mentally healthy team culture
- be mindful of your own wellbeing
