Aim
To present theories and tools which will support leaders and managers in making effective decisions

Objectives
By the end of the session participants will:

• Describe a model of decision making
• Demonstrate the use of a range of tools to support effective decision making
• Describe the key considerations in assessing the risk and consequences of their decisions.
• List key questions to inform the evaluation and implementation of a decision
• Be committed to applying the principles to their own area of work.

Target Audience:  This workshop is aimed at all leaders and managers, including line or project manager roles or those leading in a specific area (who may not have direct line management responsibility).
