Our reward strategy is built on a pay and grading structure which ensures equal pay for work of equal value. From time to time, roles may expand on a permanent basis at which point you may want to consider the re-grading process.
It is also important that we reward employees who exceed expectations. Our annual contribution pay process aims to do this. As a manager you can nominate your employees and, if successful, they will receive an additional increment or a one-off payment.
