Leading Through Change
Change is a constant and inevitable factor in successful and dynamic organisations and the ability to effectively navigate change processes is a key leadership skill. This session focuses on the emotional and behavioural elements of leading people through change and will:
• Explore the concept of ‘transition’
• Consider the importance of ‘personal impact’ as a manager
• Introduce the key skills required to successfully manage change
• Highlight how these skills can be developed
