Appreciative Inquiry

Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a widely recognised process for engaging people in organisational development and change. Based on conversational practise, it is a particular way of asking questions and increasing capacity for collaboration and change at an organisational, team and individual level. The workshop will cover:

  • What is Appreciative Inquiry and why it works
  • The five principles of appreciative Inquiry
  • Using the 5-D model for positive change
  • How to define successful topics for Appreciative Inquiry
  • The secrets for successful Appreciative Inquiry discussions
  • Using AI at organisational, team and individual level
