Listening Matters

Who are we?

The Listening Matters group was formed to:

Work towards becoming a ‘Listening Organisation’
Build awareness amongst students and staff of the importance of listening; in effect to begin to build a community of listeners
Bridge activities between university and union
Develop a ‘listening calendar’

Our objectives

To explore the institutional mechanisms, processes and structures available:

To listen to and learn from other HEIs / organisations that listen and/or sell themselves as ‘listening’
