Welcome

This resource addresses the Applied Learning in Practice – how the curriculum and co-curriculum experience can be designed to foster transformative learning to create highly valuable graduates. It is produced by the Hallam academic community with the support of Learning Enhancement & Academic Development (LEAD) for teaching staff as part of Teaching & Assessment Essentials.

It aligns with the Innovative & Applied Curriculum strand of the University’s Employability Plan and it will continue to develop in this context, providing links to information specific to the plan.

It develops and provides insight into good, innovative practice across Sheffield Hallam University.

If you are an academic at Hallam and would like to share your practice then please get in touch. We welcome questions and ideas and we invite colleagues to offer case studies of practice where you can demonstrate your approach to developing applied learning. Contact us at ! Teaching Essentials
