{"id":2325,"date":"2020-10-13T14:51:26","date_gmt":"2020-10-13T13:51:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/goglobal\/?p=2325"},"modified":"2020-10-13T15:12:01","modified_gmt":"2020-10-13T14:12:01","slug":"jamboree-on-the-internet-scouts-wanted","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/goglobal\/2020\/10\/13\/jamboree-on-the-internet-scouts-wanted\/","title":{"rendered":"Jamboree On The Internet &#8211; Scouts Wanted!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>Jamboree On the Internet (JOTI)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>JOTI is a uniquely Scouting experience where Scouts join from all over the world in friendship and fun to gain better understanding of each other.<\/p>\n<p>This year is no exception and is held over the internet using Zoom and Skype .<\/p>\n<p>A Sheffield based Scout Group (35th St Oswald&#8217;s) is hosting a virtual camp with &#8216;<em>how to<\/em>&#8216;\u00a0 videos and guides so anyone, anywhere can join in the fun!<\/p>\n<p>St Oswald&#8217;s invites Hallam students who are Scouts to join them and would welcome activity ideas with a distinctly international theme. Perhaps you know a game or have a craft that is local to you.
