The increase is to \u00a3470 per year. If you are going to make a Tier 4 visa extension on or after 1 October, you will need to pay this increased rate as part of your application.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The IHS fee will also increase on 1 October 2020 for other immigration applications.
