Sessions normally include a short briefing and an experiential game during which participants get the chance to practise specific skills such as leadership skills, team working, time management, communication skills and planning &amp; project management skills<\/p>\n<p>Feedback from previous members\u00a0indicate that the ICE Club provides a valuable opportunity to develop cross-cultural skills and enhance their employability:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI love being part of the club!
