{"id":4386,"date":"2017-07-07T10:24:46","date_gmt":"2017-07-07T10:24:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/global\/?p=4386"},"modified":"2017-07-20T09:39:42","modified_gmt":"2017-07-20T09:39:42","slug":"walk-to-the-peak-district-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/global\/walk-to-the-peak-district-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Walk to the Peak District"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>Sheffield is well known for being a beautiful place to live and visit, but did you know that it is also the greenest city in Europe?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>With that in mind, we thought it&#8217;d be a fantastic idea to take a trip to the <strong>Peak District<\/strong> and walk around some of the most scenic landscapes that the UK has to offer.<\/p>\n<p>We would recommend that you wear comfortable walking shoes, a picnic and waterproof clothes &#8211; although it&#8217;s the summer, it can sometimes rain!<\/p>\n<p>One of our students will lead the walk, and you will need to meet them at <strong>10am<\/strong> on <strong>Sunday 23 July<\/strong>\u00a0outside the <strong>main University entrance<\/strong>.
