{"id":3971,"date":"2017-04-12T14:34:43","date_gmt":"2017-04-12T14:34:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/global\/?p=3971"},"modified":"2017-04-28T10:19:21","modified_gmt":"2017-04-28T10:19:21","slug":"the-university-will-be-closed-during-easter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/global\/the-university-will-be-closed-during-easter\/","title":{"rendered":"The University will be closed during Easter!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The University will be closed between 14 &#8211; 18 April,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>but the libraries at City (Adsetts) and Collegiate will remain\u00a0<\/strong><strong>open 24\/7.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Here are some tips from the Library:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please remember to bring your SHU Card to enter the libraries!<\/li>\n<li>\u0095The Helpdesk will be closed but students can access books, journals and all electronic materials, printing, copying<\/li>\n<li>Students can still top up their print or papercut account online, or pay library fines<\/li>\n<li>Vending machines are available for you to use (and the coffee machine in Adsetts for those needing caffeine!)<\/li>\n<li>Security staff will be there to help wherever they can with directional enquiries or filling up printers.<\/li>\n<li>Students needing help can contact <strong>0114 2253333<\/strong> for 24\/7 help with library and IT enquiries<\/li>\n<li>We also recommend that students use the library gateway to search for answers to questions too \u2013 there are links to blogs, guides, and FAQs plus our Twitter feed <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SHU_library\" target=\"_blank\">@shu_library<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The University will re-open as normal from <strong>Wednesday 19 April<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The University will be closed between 14 &#8211; 18 April,\u00a0but the libraries at City (Adsetts) and Collegiate will remain\u00a0open 24\/7.
