{"id":3916,"date":"2017-03-02T15:51:57","date_gmt":"2017-03-02T15:51:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/global\/?p=3916"},"modified":"2017-03-03T12:26:48","modified_gmt":"2017-03-03T12:26:48","slug":"inspirational-student-awards-nominations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/global\/inspirational-student-awards-nominations\/","title":{"rendered":"Thirty overseas partner students nominated for the Inspirational Student Awards"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>The <strong>Inspirational Student Awards<\/strong> are now closed for nominations!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>We&#8217;d like to thank all of the students and staff who have put forward their nominations for peers that they feel deserve the award, it really is fantastic to see the response we&#8217;ve had from our partners across the globe!<\/p>\n<p>We received a grand total of <strong>84 nominations<\/strong> for <strong>30 students<\/strong> from<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The School for Higher and Professional Education (SHAPE) and\u00a0the School of Continuing and Professional Education (SCOPE) in Hong Kong,<\/li>\n<li>Tanku Abdul Rahman\u00a0University College (TAR UC)\u00a0and INTI International University &amp; Colleges in Malaysia and<\/li>\n<li>Botswana Accountancy College.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Congratulations to all the nominees.<\/p>\n<p>The winners will be announced on <strong>Monday 6 March<\/strong> and we will be featuring students and their inspirational stories in upcoming editions of our newsletter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Image: Last year&#8217;s Sheffield-based winners in a group photo in Sheffield Hallam University<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Inspirational Student Awards are now closed for nominations!
