Want something that&#8217;ll stand out on your CV? Then look no further!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The <strong>British Council<\/strong> are offering eight-week internships that include intensive Mandarin language courses and a placement in an industry sector of your choice!<\/p>\n<p>The internships are set up with the <strong>British Council<\/strong>&#8216;s partners <strong>CRCC Asia<\/strong> and <strong>InternChina<\/strong>, and include placements in\u00a0IT, legal, marketing, accounting, engineering, pharmaceuticals, fashion, finance, hospitality and many more!<\/p>\n<p>The funding will cover\u00a0all language classes, cultural activities, internship placement fees, accommodation and comprehensive travel insurance (a must), as well as your airport pick-up and dedicated support throughout your placement.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Who is eligible?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Applicants must be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aged 18 years and above<\/li>\n<li>Currently enrolled full-time at an UK university or have graduated from a UK university within the past year<\/li>\n<li>A UK citizen\/EU home student<\/li>\n<li>In receipt of or have received a Maintenance Grant from Student Finance or SAAS bursary for Scottish students\u00a0during their university career<\/li>\n<li>Not in receipt of any other Generation UK \u2013 China funding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information, check out the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/www.britishcouncil.org\/study-work-create\/opportunity\/work-volunteer\/china-autumn-programme\">British Council website<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span> on how to apply.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Have you just graduated and unsure about what to do?
