Are you a current student?\u00a0<\/strong>Would you like to help a new international student to settle in and gain volunteering experience to add to your CV?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Apply\u00a0to become a volunteer mentor<\/a> for Culture Connect peer mentoring scheme*.\u00a0<\/strong>This is an opportunity to improve your communication skills\u00a0and learn about another student\u2019s\u00a0culture by sharing your experiences as a student at Sheffield Hallam.<\/p>\n

\"Campaign<\/a>As a mentor (student doing the mentoring\/ helping), you will meet your mentee (student being mentored\/ helped) regularly at university, a local cafe or other venue of choice. You will help\u00a0your mentee talk things through, while demonstrating listening skills and challenging their assumptions where necessary.<\/p>\n
