{"id":1598,"date":"2015-03-26T12:11:44","date_gmt":"2015-03-26T12:11:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/isnews\/?p=1598"},"modified":"2015-03-30T14:24:47","modified_gmt":"2015-03-30T14:24:47","slug":"easter-holidays-important-information","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.shu.ac.uk\/global\/easter-holidays-important-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Easter Holidays &#8211; Important Information"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>The University will be closed during 3 &#8211; 7 April,\u00a0but the Learning Centres at City (Adsetts) and Collegiate will\u00a0remain open 24\/7.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Here is some useful information to help you during this period<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Students are asked to <strong>bring their SHUcard<\/strong> to get into the\u00a0buildings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">The helpdesk will be closed <strong>but students can access<\/strong> books,\u00a0journals and all electronic materials, printing, copying<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Students can <strong>still top up their print or papercut account\u00a0online<\/strong>, or pay library fines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">There will be <strong>vending machines to use<\/strong> (and the Costa\u00a0machine at Adsetts for those needing caffeine!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Security staff will be there to help<\/strong> wherever they can with\u00a0directional enquiries or filling up printers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Students needing help can <strong>contact 0114 2253333 for 24\/7\u00a0help<\/strong> on library and IT enquiries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">We also recommend that students <strong>use the library gateway to\u00a0search for answers to questions too<\/strong> \u2013 there are links to blogs,\u00a0guides, and FAQs plus our twitter feed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify\">Have a great Easter break! \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The University will be closed during 3 &#8211; 7 April,\u00a0but the Learning Centres at City (Adsetts) and Collegiate will\u00a0remain open 24\/7.
